  • Consumer Agreement
  • PREMIER MEMBERSHIPS.  A business networking group cannot survive unless its members regularly attend meetings.  Member attendance and participation is considered the number one reason a group is successful (and the lack of attendance is usually the number one reason of a group’s failure).  A member cannot miss more than 3 meetings within a year and must maintain a 75% attendance rate.  If you cannot attend a meeting, we ask that members send a substitute (which will not count against their attendance)  Members who do not meet the attendance requirement are subject to removal from a group.

    MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.  We may allow a member in good standing (attends greater than 75% of meetings) to cancel an existing membership agreement for a prorated refund if their respective business networking group moves to a new location that exceeds 25 miles from the original group's meeting location. Otherwise, all membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

    Membership Plans are set to auto-renew but can be cancelled before the next payment at any time. And don't worry – if you change your mind, you can renew your account at any time!

    DATABASE SALES.  We provide a 100% guarantee on all the data purchased through our organization. We do this by 1.) often providing extra records to compensate for any obsolete data, and 2.) replacing records that are no longer valid or outdated (in the event extra records do not compensate for the bad records in the number of records purchased). Customers have 45 days from the date of purchase to send any obsolete data to us to be considered for replacement.

    PURCHASES OF DATABASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Purchased databases are only to be used for internal company purposes. Client agrees not to resell respective databases. Spamming is not permitted. Delivery of respective databases shall be made to client within five (5) business days of the order date.

  • Due to the nature of the data sold, all database sales are final and non-refundable. We do back the quality of our data with a 100% guarantee (see above consumer agreements).
